Terms of use

DMify watches the posts you choose, and when a comment matches your keywords it sends that person the message you wrote, using Instagram's official API. It can also post the public reply you wrote under that comment, send up to two follow-up messages after the person replies or taps a button, and, from the Comments tab, send a reply you wrote to any comment on your posts. You can ask AI to draft wording for any of these; nothing is sent until you have approved the wording. DMify does not follow, like, delete or hide anything on your account. We do not promise that a message is delivered or read: Instagram decides that.

• You are 18 or older.
• You own the Instagram account you connect, or you are allowed to run it for the owner.
• You follow Instagram's and Meta's rules and the law that applies to you, including rules on promotions and marketing messages.
• You only message people who commented on your posts, and what you send is truthful and not misleading, abusive, or spam.
• You respect people who ask you to stop. DMify stops messaging someone who says so; you must not work around that.
• You are responsible for the wording of your messages, including text written by AI that you approved or allowed to send.

We may pause sending on an account straight away, without notice, if we see abuse, if Meta or Instagram restrict the account or our access, if repeated errors suggest something is wrong, or to protect other users. Messages waiting at the time stay queued and are sent after we resume, if they are still inside Instagram's 7-day window. We tell you why by email when we can. You can stop using DMify at any time and delete your account in Settings.

Each plan has monthly limits that you can see in the app. When you reach a limit, new comments are skipped until the next month, or until you upgrade; we never charge extra automatically. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A payment that fails gives you a grace period, shown in the app, before the account moves to the Free plan.

You can stop using DMify and delete your account at any time in Settings. Paid plans are not open yet. Before we take the first payment, this section will state exactly how cancellation and refunds work, and it will apply to every payment made after that date. Until then nothing is charged.

The messages, links and other wording you give DMify stay yours. You allow us to store them and to send them, through Instagram, to the people you target, only to run the service for you. DMify's software, name and design belong to us. Text drafted by AI becomes yours once you approve it, and you are responsible for it as the Terms above say.

How we handle data is in the privacy notice. You can download or delete your data in Settings, or follow these steps.

We work to keep DMify running and to send every message on time, but the service depends on Instagram and other providers, so we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales or indirect loss from an outage or from Instagram's decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them; if you are a consumer, you keep any right the law gives you to bring a claim where you live. Tell us about a problem first at the address below so we can try to fix it.
